ABOUT ALISON
I am an independent consultant with 30 years experience in the school sector. Used by Trust Boards and Headteachers to facilitate strategic workshops, I also facilitate on national programmes for both senior and middle leaders. Currently, I am a tutor on the National College for Education’s Senior Leader's Master’s Apprenticeship programme. As a qualified and highly experienced executive coach, I am recognised by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as one of their Senior Practitioners.
I am an Honorary Norham Fellow of the University of Oxford and my Masters in Education had a focus on System Leadership. I am a Certified MBTI Practitioner (Step I and II) and also Chair of the Local Board for a Primary School. My purpose and values driven approach, combined with an 'always learning' philosophy which takes in the latest research/thinking, ensures my work adds value enabling you to build capacity and have an impact.
